Grooming Release Waiver has been signed and submitted
A $20 deposit is required for all grooming appointments and will be applied toward the total service cost. A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times to charge the deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the deposit will be forfeited

All vaccines must be kept current. You are responsible for providing bark! bark! with proof of immunizations upon updating vaccines for your pet. You can forward vaccine records to barkbark@shots.pet
